This policy explains how long Voloboard keeps the records an association stores in the Service, your rights to export (Document Vault: combined PDF, per-category PDF, or full ZIP with manifest) and delete that data, what happens after you cancel, and what happens if Voloboard ever discontinues the Service — at least 90 days notice and continued export access.
